Our practice is located near the intersection of 152nd and 34th Avenue. If you’re traveling south on 152nd, make a left onto 34th Avenue, then turn onto Rosemary Heights Crescent. You’ll see our building with the entrance facing the parking lot rather than the street.

There’s a bus stop at the 152nd and 34th intersection for those using public transportation.
